Control-X Service Forum

We are setting up a new Service Forum dedicated to Control-X products and systems. We believe this service will be a useful supplement to our existing tech support offerings. If you are interested and decide to sign up, please read carefully our Terms of Agreement (TOA) at the end of this page then simply click on the link to send an email to signup@cxmed.com.

By signing up this service, you accept the TOA.

Features and Benefits

The purpose of this email group is to provide a forum where our dealers and authorized service providers can share questions, concerns, ideas and more about our products and services. The following are just a few of the great benefits of the mailing list:

Provides us with your feedback to make our products better
Service technicians can share problems and get solutions from both Control-X and those working in the field with the same equipment
Creating a great repository of technical issues an data for current and future users
We can quickly notify you on new features, products and service bulletins

How It Works

Once you signed up, you’ll receive all the messages other members post to the address of the group. Similarly, any email you send to that address will get to all the members. The group is NOT moderated, so please send information responsibly, just as you would by other means of communication with a number of recipients.

The email group is hosted by Yahoo and is a free service. As with other free services, you'll find advertisment at the end of each message. In the coming months we are planning to host this forum ad-free on our own website.

Terms of Agreement

This Agreement (TOA) regulates the use of the Control-X Medical, Inc. service forum (SF). The acceptance of this TOA is required to sign up and use this service.

The SF is a free service provided by Control-X Medical, Inc. to improve technical support quality and provide our authorized service personnel with an additional means of support. The SF is a member-only service and only those invited by Control-X may use it.
The use of the SF is limited to TECHNICAL ISSUES only. Sharing marketing, pricing and other non-technical information is not permitted. Information on competitor products is strictly limited to details necessary for interfacing with Control-X equipment.
Control-X Medical, Inc. reserves the right to approve members, refuse sign ups, remove members from the SF and terminate the SF at its own discretion if the guidelines set forth in this TOA are not observed.
The SF currently uses the free group service provided by Yahoo! Control-X is not affiliated with Yahoo! and reserves the right to change SF host or host the SF in the future on another site.
General rules of email communication apply. No abusive language or offensive messages are allowed and confidentiality regarding business matters is required. All technical information is strictly confidential for approved members only.
The SF is only intended as a communication tool for membership to exchange technical information. It is not intended to replace direct communication with Control-X Medical, Inc. engineers and staff. In all technical or other issues issues, Control-X Medical, Inc. is the final authority.
The SF is NOT moderated. Control-X Medical, Inc. cannot be held responsible for any messages posted by the members. Control-X Medical, Inc. is not responsible for any damage resulting from the use of this service including, but not limited to loss of profit, injury or death of service personnel, operator or patient.
